Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is the science of mobility. The primary focus of physiotherapy is to assess, restore and maintain your strength, physical function, and overall wellbeing. Physiotherapists are primary health care professionals who are specially trained to diagnose and treat injuries or movement disorders affecting bones, joints, muscles, and nerves. We provide treatment for a wide range of orthopedic conditions including:

  • ARTHRITIS
  • NECK & BACK PAIN
  • SPORTS INJURIES
  • REPETITIVE STRAIN INJURIES
  • JAW PAIN or TMJ
  • AND MUCH MORE!

Our treatment approach centres on patient focused, manual therapy to restore movement, improve strength, and relieve pain. Your physiotherapist will assess your health history and complete a comprehensive examination to evaluate joint range of motion, strength, nerve issues, pain, mobility and function. They will then develop an individualized treatment program geared to your specific needs. Our therapists may also incorporate modalities such as LASER, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation to help reduce inflammation and pain.

Our goal is to provide you the highest quality treatment in a private and comfortable atmosphere, while also empowering you with the tools you need to manage your condition independently.
